Description

Laboratory, medical and industrial autoclaves/steam sterilisers operate at higher sterilizing temperatures creating steam with less than 3% of moisture, which guarantees an ideal sterilization time. The steam sterilizers reintroduce sterility to equipment, reusable instruments, and materials to avoid adulterated results caused by unclean testing components. Higher temperature for a minimal sterilization time kills microorganisms. For sterilization, moist heat in the form of saturated steam under pressure is the most widely used. Working well with solids, liquids, and hollows, the safe steaming machines come in free-standing vertical/horizontal or benchtop styles. Apart from laboratory sterilization autoclaves are widely used to sterilize dental and medical equipment and surgical instruments.

The Iris Analytical range of benchtop, vertical and horizontal steam sterilizers are designed to offer convenience and flexibility in the sterilization of wrapped and unwrapped instruments. Our Class B range of pressure steam steriliser autoclaves are available with various capacities from 5 litres to 1800 litres.

The Iris Analytical autoclaves/sterilizers are specially developed for laboratory and medical sterilization applications, makes processes safer, easier, accurate and reproducible. These autoclaves can be used in all laboratory applications, even in demanding sterilization processes: the sterilization of liquids (such as nutrient and culture media), solids (such as instruments, pipettes, glassware), waste (destructive sterilization of liquid waste in bottles, or solid waste in destruction bags) and biological hazards in safety laboratories.

  • Medical Autoclave
    Medical Autoclave

Iris Medical Autoclave is a manufacturer of the steam sterilizer to assure proper cleaning and disinfection of apparatuses, and all our sterilizers are manufactured to CE and  ISO certification. The 2 main classes of autoclave are available: Medical N-type autoclave is a non-vacuum sterilizer which removes air from the chamber by gravity displacement which mainly utilized in the flash application for raw instruments and B type autoclave is a vacuum sterilizer which removes air from the chamber by air displacement and makes the sterilization of wrapped hollow instruments more complete offer best drying effect. Autoclave sterilization uses elevated temperature and pressure to create steam which acts as the sterilization agent. Other than laboratory sterilization autoclaves are widely used to sterilize dental and medical equipment and surgical instruments.

  • Vacuum Autoclave
    Vacuum Autoclave

Vacuum Autoclave is a class B autoclave pressure steam sterilizer, ideal for medical dressing, rubbers, and fluid. Offer high quality and reliable autoclave sterilizer. Consider the longer chambered 100 L version, which still sits comfortably on a standard workbench. All our sterilizers are manufactured to CE and ECM marked.

Vacuum Vertical Autoclave IMA-4000 Series are class B type vertical steam autoclave and equipped with sterile 0.22 µm bacterial filter for chamber venting. Designed with 2 stainless steel sterilizing baskets. Ideal for wrapped instruments, surgical instruments, glassware, liquid, culture media, rubber material, gowns, dressing, gloves, etc. Fortified with the PY or TT testing connector and 4 fixed program and pulse vacuum with 0.081 Mpa rate. • Horizontal Autoclave
    Horizontal Autoclave

All Iris autoclaves have been newly developed and designed and represent state-of-the-art engineering. All mechanical and electronic components guarantee enhanced sterilisation processes, hence enabling the lab to fulfil all appropriate requirements for today and for the future. Iris horizontal frontloading autoclaves are widely used in various sterilisation application in medical, industrial, research, and education.

The pressure vessel is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and is thus easy to clean. The autoclave support framework and housing are also made of stainless steel. Most of these sterilizer units are outfitted with rectangular or circular horizontal pressure vessels.

Integral steam generator in the chamber helps to improve cycle times by increasing the efficiency of steam production and also includes automatic water filling as standard, removing the requirement of manually filling the machine with water between sterilization cycles (a mains water supply is therefore required for this option). Advanced vacuum option is essential for porous type loads (e.g. wrapped instruments and fabrics) or other cycles where air pockets could easily become trapped within the load.

  • Vertical Autoclave
    Vertical Autoclave

Iris Analytical Vertical/Top Loading autoclaves/steam sterilizers are designed for applications such as liquids in open or slightly closed vessels, instruments and solids, unwrapped and waste sterilisation.

The steam is generated directly in the chamber. Heating elements are situated under the base of the chamber so there is no contact between them and feed water, ensuring long element lifetime and preventing contamination by spilt waste, broken bottles or similar. The elements are protected from overheating by a temperature limiter.

The vertical/top loading autoclaves are floor standing self-contained sterilizer units that require no plumbing and operate from a standard single-phase power supply. Equipped with an effective air-cooling system for liquid sterilisation. This speeds cooling time by up to 40% compared to standard models.

The Iris Vertical Autoclaves are available from 35 litres to 200 litres chamber capacity. All are built with castor wheels as standard making them easy to move.

The safety system incorporate heat, anti-dry, interlock, pressure protection with quick-open door safety protection, sterile bacterial filter for chamber venting, ensuring longer durability and avoiding contamination by spilled waste, broken bottles.

The Iris Vertical Autoclaves/steam sterilisers are widely used for sterilisation applications in laboratory, hospitals, clinics as well as for industrial sterilisation applications in biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
